04 — Audience
'Everyone' is not an audience. The more specific you get, the more useful your design becomes.

Do this now
Write one sentence: 'I am designing for [specific person] who needs [outcome] because [reason].' If the sentence could describe a million people, make it smaller. Real audiences have specific behaviours, frustrations, and contexts — not just age brackets.
Unpack
Designing for a vague audience produces vague work. The detail that makes a persona useful isn't what they look like, it's what they're trying to do and what's getting in the way. Separate what you know from what you're assuming — those are two different things and they need different responses.
Draw it.
Fast and messy is better than perfect.
