Do this now

Step back from your design and cover each half in turn — left, right, top, bottom. Ask: does the uncovered side feel complete or empty? Where the imbalance is, that's where to work.

Unpack

Balance doesn't mean symmetry. A large light element can balance a small dark one. Generous empty space can balance a dense text block. Intentional asymmetry reads as design. Accidental imbalance reads as an unfinished decision.

Draw it.

Fast and messy is better than perfect.
