06 — Learn and adapt
Every project is either practice for the next one or a mistake you'll make again.
"Every project is either practice for the next one or a mistake you'll make again. Which one depends on what you do right now."
Do this now
Write one thing you will do differently on your next project and specifically what that will improve. Then write one method from this project you'll carry forward. Keep them specific enough that future-you will actually remember what they mean.
Unpack
Learning only transfers if you make it explicit. The designers who grow fastest aren't necessarily the most talented — they're the ones who treat every project as data about their own practice. Mistakes documented honestly become a resource. Reflection is how experience becomes skill rather than just time served.
Draw it.
Fast and messy is better than perfect.
